Modalities Offered

Therapeutic Swedish Massage - The classic style of massage which uses long flowing strokes, petrissage and tapotement. My massage combines swedish with many other modalites to offer a session that is tailored to each person.

Reflexology - A noninvasive complementary modality involving the use of alternating pressure applied to the reflexes within the reflex maps of the body located on the feet, hands and outer ears.  I primarily work on the feet during a session. You may remain clothed during these sessions.

Reiki - An ancient form of healing that promotes a deep sense of relaxation and stress reduction. Note: This is not massage.

Note: Each modality can be combined within an hour or 90 minute session. 

Seminars and Public Speaking - Available for speaking engagements with local clubs and organizations.  Various topics can be discussed, call for details!
